How to set password on outlook profile

To set password on outlook profile is good idea for securing email data. Setting password on outlook profile is essential task if multiple profile is created in single system used by multiple user.

Open Microsoft Outlook ==> Go to Account Settings  

 ==> Data files tab than Settings

Go to Change Password option and set passwod.

Now set password 1st time

If you want to change old password then put old password then new password
