How to take backup of crontab in linux

List cron in Linux RHEL/CentOS/Fedora

#crontab -l

5 * * * *  /usr/local/bin/sarg -x

Crontab file save in locaiton: /var/spool/cron/

List the cron location
#ls -l /var/spool/cron/
root

#cat /var/spool/cron/root
5 * * * *  /usr/local/bin/sarg -x

Now you can copy cron file
#cp -rf   /var/spool/cron/*   /backup-location
