Error:
e: could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 resource temporarily unavailable) ubuntu

Solution: 
sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock

sudo apt-get update
