How to configure gmail.com account in MS Outlook

Step: 1 Open Microsoft Outlook 2007   ==> Go to Tools option in Menu bar
==> Select Account Settings

Step:2 Click on New

Step:3 Check Manually Configure Settings or Additional Server Types and click on Next.

Step:4 CheckInternet Email and click on Next


Step:5 Need to fill information to complete configuraiton.
Your Name: Shahzad
Email Address: salam843@gmail.com
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Server: pop.gmail.com (Change with yours, use for downloading mail)
Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com ( Change with yours, use for sending mail)
User Name: salam843@gmail.com
Password: *******
Step:6 Click on More Settings and go to Outgoing Server tab
Check My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication then 
Go to Advanced tab 
Incoming Server(POP3) port : 995 with SSL
Outgoing Server(SMTP) port : 465  with SSL
Step:7 Click on Test Account Settings to test the settings
Testing completed, all settings are fine.
Installation Completed. Pls comment below if you face any problem .

Troubleshooting Step 
Test ping connectivity form gmail.com pop and smtp server.

Now, check port availability from telnet command. Both port should be listen from your system.

Note: Some time gmail.com give password pop up after testing accounts settings. For this solution you need to enable lessssecureapp . Click on below link and snap is also below complete the same.
