How to configure Microsoft Outlook

This tutorial will help you to configure Outlook 2007 in step-by-step.
Step: 1 Open Microsoft Outlook 2007   ==> Go to Tools option in Menu bar
==> Select Account Settings



Step:2 Click on New



Step:3 Check Manually Configure Settings or Additional Server Types and click on Next.

Step:4 Check Internet Email and click on Next


Step:5 Need to fill information to complete configuraiton.
Your Name: Shahzad
Email Address: shahzad@6987.in
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Server: mail.6987.in (Change with yours, use for downloading mail)
Outgoing Server: mail.6987.in ( Change with yours, use for sending mail)
User Name: shahzad@6987.in
Password: *******


Step:6 Click on More Settings and go to Outgoing Server tab
Check My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication then 

Go to Advanced tab 
Incoming Server(POP3) port : 110 (change with yours)
Outgoing Server(SMTP) port : 25,587 (change with yours)

Step:7 Click on Test Account Settings to test the settings

Testing completed, all settings are fine.
